LUXE PANTRY CO

Luxe Pantry Co is a Melbourne based online cake shop and blog by Sophia Di Trapani. We were lucky enough to engage with Sophia from the beginning of her business and were involved from the initial concept stage right up until launch.

The Project

Sophia knew that she wanted to do something online with food, but she was unsure of where to start or what it could be. Director of Studio Benny, Tina, took Sophia through a round of ideation exercises to establish:

• Where her talents lie

• What her lifestyle goals are

• What was missing from the market in Melbourne

• How the idea can make money

• The evolution of the business from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years

After reviewing this information the concept for Luxe Pantry Co was born, launching first as a food blog with short term growth into meal delivery and later gourmet cakes.
